Forum Retreatsexecutive training

I have extensive experience both as participant and facilitator of member, spouse and couples Forum retreats for Young Presidents’ Organization and similar organizations.

Working alone or with a co-facilitator, I can design and book the retreat experience or a Forum can make the venue arrangements. Retreats range from one to four days. Venues range from downtown hotels to the preferred setting in nature or even traveling across wilderness areas.

I design my experiential retreats based on the needs and objectives of other Forum members. Topics can include leadership, creating deeper Forum community, relationships, and the often taboo but relevant topics of money, God, power and values.

Here are a few examples of retreats I've custom designed:

executive trainingA Forum Tune-up:

Moving to deeper truth and intimacy through the introduction of new models, skills and processes.

Authentic Leadership:

Building business models that start with Values that drive Vision, that then drive Strategy.

Discovering and staying rooted in values to increase stakeholder value instead of just shareholder value. Living and leading with personal integrity – money, position, family and spirit all are aligned.

Navigating the Four Stages of Life: Inquiry into many of Life’s deeper questions:

Why am I here? What’s next? How do I become passionate again? How do I tap my greatest gifts? How do I get more of what I want?

The Five Hard Messages of Life: Looking at control, spirituality, transition, significance and meaning.
