October 7, 2019 | By | Add a Comment

Here is a 7-minute video on how to do a “Check-In.” YPOer’s know about this process from forum, and I start all my coaching sessions with it.

It is a sure-fire way to drop into a deeper connection with yourself, your colleague, team, friend, or spouse. This quick, simple process increases your EQ and taps into the vulnerability that leaders need if you want to be authentic and powerful.

As I put this together, I realized this exercise is actually a skill and one that you will need if you want to have a real conversation and everyone ought to know how to do that.
