Bill Ernstrom

has worked in both large corporations and smaller, entrepreneurial companies during his 20 year career in business.

After working for a Fortune 1000 telecommunications company in various information technology roles Bill turned his sights on setting off on his own. As its president and CEO, he successfully founded and guided a venture-backed company through start-up, rapid growth, market leadership, acquisitions and eventual sale.

He has played the roles of entrepreneur, director, chairman and investor. Bill was also a member of Young Presidents’ Organization for 6 years.

In 2005, Bill embarked on a new journey in personal growth and coaching. Since then, he has attended numerous trainings and co-facilitated YPO forum retreats.

Bill has his master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard University and undergraduate degrees from Hamilton College and Columbia University. He lives in Colorado with his wife and three children.
