Dr. Don Koehler

is principal and founder of Integral Consulting, LLC, a company dedicated to supporting the growth and transformation in companies to create a greater sense of community and a healthier home- and work-places.

Don is certified in the use of the Leadership Development Profile (LDP). The LDP is a unique measure in that it is a qualitative assessment of a leader’s growth and development, not a personality or style assessment.

Don is a life and executive coach as well as a workshop and seminar trainer. He has a doctorate in Human Development & Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and is a licensed psychologist, certified coach and consultant.
