In this 10 min video, I talk about the patterns of initiations as we navigate a planetary initiation.  Specifically, in this video, I focus on the “descent” stage of initiation. Seeing this as a rite of passage provides perspective as you ride the mental and emotional waves. Having a map allows you to know where you are in the process of transformation and to consider what is trying to emerge for us individually and collectively. The Only Thing You Have to Know About Leadership

The Vice-Chairman of the Board invited me to dinner. Was the purpose social or business? By the manner in which he asked me, I knew there was something on his mind. I was the CEO of the company and Rick was a long-time friend and mentor (to the extent that I was mentor-able in my thirties). He was a Virginian, respectful and understated.
